Id ask you to SEARCH for the reason to not use a MP (more abbreviations again) with the stock ECU but I think I would be wasting my time yet again.

You're not helping, it would probably be to your benefit to just stop posting. Simply because you don't know what you're talking about in this case.
The boost controller can automatically allow a small amount of pressure to bleed through and open the wastegate gradually.

Correct, Im not a rotary tech or any tech for that matter, that was my point
. To my knowledge Ive tried to help once with his coil question and the advice was correct and learned in 5 minutes from a simple SEARCH. Hes welcome for me givng him the answer.

i have a brand new engine in my car, well now it has like 5k on it. and i certainly do not go racing it around in it very often at all. and i have the Profec B II ebc. if the coils do not fix the problem what could it be. maybe fuel related? would it be possible that I have a bad injector? Thank you for everybodys patients and input. 
P.S. when I do give my car gas and hit the second turbo it pulls very strong, when my friends ride with me they tell me that it feels very strong and pulls hard for a car with bad ignition. I can still run with the LS1 boys around where I live. So what im trying to get to is hopefully my engine is still strong. I do not neglect my car or its maintence (besides of the ignition) I am religious with everything when it comes to my car.

my car runs very very very rich even at idle and at any speed. you can see my car dump alot of fuel even when i give it just a little bit of gas. my friends will not follow me b/c of how rich my car is running i have to follow them. that one reason i change my oil every 1K.
How old are your spark plugs and wires?
If your misfire is caused by ignition (as opposed to fuel, or the OEM ECU cutting fuel because it's seeing too much boost), then you *might* help things by installing a new set of spark plugs and wires.
Before doing anything else, have you measured the factory coils to see if yours are within specifications? The specs are in the FSM.
Don't forget, the following things can cause a misfire:
ignition issue (weak spark = no flame)
fuel issues (too much OR too little fuel = no flame)
All of the above issues will be WORSE at higher RPMs and higher boost. I knew a person who had misfires at high RPM caused by an old fuel filter that was clogged. Don't forget the simple things.

Thanx scotty305 that is very true about the fuel filter, because when I had my 91 MR2 Turbo my fuel filter was clogged and down low it started to get kind of sluggish and power did not really come on smooth. But when I put a new OEM fuel filter the car felt different, much smoother. It felt like i got back a couple ponies on the butt dyno. Whats the part number for the RX-7 OEM fuel filter, thats something that i forgot to do. Thanx guys again for your help.
