Fan uh ohs
I did a search and I didn't really find what I was looking for ..
My car's fan well the fan I bought only came with one blade, the fan motor works but the blade itself was not there only melted plastic in the place of the fan . PO said it got caught and then melted as the fan didn't spin but the motor kept spinning .
Now I purchased a new fan from mazda speed motorsports development. since it wasn't very expensive . BUT
I was told there was a 5 blade, and a 6 blade fan . the fan blade I have on my fan shroud is a 5 blade , but the fan pictured on the Mazda site . is a 4 blade . I ordered it without thinking and realized this just now.
it may just be the diagram that is incorrect .
is the diagram correct in it being a 4 blade instead of a 6 ? and if
its the diagram that is incorrect , and I purchased for arguments sake the same blade as I already have 5 blade .
would it still be good ? or would I have to return it and get the correct one ?
I'm sorry if this is an obvious or redundant but I ordered it it during lunch and ran out of lunch time , to search more thoroughly trying to get this sorted out before they ship it . if possible.
the code for the one I ordered is
Fan-Cooling
Part No : N3A2-15-140

You searched? LIES.
I just searched for "stock fans" and it came up with this:
Stock FD fans 5blade vs 4blade
https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...ght=stock+fans
Is anyone running the newer OEM Rad Fans (7 and 5 blade)
https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-specific-1993-2002-16/anyone-running-newer-oem-rad-fans-7-5-blade-344630/
How do the stock electric fans work?
https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...ght=stock+fans
Either way, not really sure what you're asking, but the factory fans on the USDM FD3S have 4 and 5 blades. See attached photos.
And seriously dude, stop starting new threads. You have started like 40 new threads and you only have 250 posts - and that's in only 2 months since you joined. That's almost a 1:5 ratio for starting new threads! UNACCEPTABLE! lol
