i know in the US some people rig their ecu to turn the fans on at lower temp...curious if in japan on the later model FD3S if from the factory the fans are set to turn on at lower temp? if they are i'll try to get my fans temp reprogrammed, but otherwise i'll just leave it as...

 

No they arent set at lower temps.

Japan has some small electric boxes and relay controllers so they can control the fans
