falls flat at 4k after non seq

I converted to non seq and the car falls flat when it hits higher boost. I can boost to around 4 psi right now--any more than that and the car bogs.

I don't believe the injectors are sticking but I do believe that I am losing boost somehow and the car is running pig f'in rich when there is no boost.--hence the bog

My car was converted using the poor man's mod. Car has DP, PFC (seq turned off in PFC), Apexi intakes.

I tried searching but I had a hard time finding the right keywords for the search. I saw forum members that had sticking injectors or boost leaks that don't seem to be related to what I'm experiencing.

The turbos are spinning but I have no idea where the boost is going. I am hoping that some rx7 gurus can shed some light on this or can direct me towards the culprit part. Perhaps (most likely) the conversion was not done correctly. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!

Sounds like it wasn't done right. Is your system that messed up that you can't fix it to work sequentially ? If your set againt keeping it sequential then you may as well go full out and do it correctly.

The original sequential was working correctly. I'm embarassed to say that I f'ed up the hose job and had my mechanic convert it to non seq. Plus, I'm also thinking of doing single turbo (in the future of course--because I have no money now)

i still would like to put a wideband on it to see if it is actually running the correct AFRs, the stuttering once it starts to boost is what has me thinking it may still be a secondary injector issue somehow. no where near fuel cut but it almost feels like a mild fuel cut in a way, could be a plugged up fuel filter or faulty injector clip.

I did send them to Witch hunter for cleaning though--and I have read on the forum where others have had problems with injector sticking after the clean.

If it's running lean though, shouldn't my motor have popped by now?
