fail proof cat for smog?
I'm not sure if this exists, but I heard about a cactalytic converter that will pass pretty much any mods at the smog check. If this is true, where could I get my hands on one. My smog is just around the corner and I really doubt my fd will pass. I already searched and came up with nothing. Thanks in advance.
