Experimental Tach Fix that actually WORKED...FINALLY!!!!!

Well I think I remeber reading this before and now I remember why I haven't fixed mine. I will post for everyone esle to read and decide if they are up to the task.

I pulled this from my old post and added it to my new results. It took me about a month to decide to perform this task and I'm still kicking myself for allowing the dash to scare me. Once you have taken the dash apart it's a lot easier the second time, which is where my experiment begins.
Pulled tach following the instructions to the "T" and put it all back tach NOT WORKING. I did some researching and started to buy another cluster because I have a 94 and the tach is different. People wanted to sell a tach for the 93 as little as $30.00, but NO ONE wanted to sell a 94 unless it was coming with the whole cluster, which was around $200.00. I started thinking what the difference was between a 93 5-speed/automatic, 94 5-speed/automatic and a 95 5-speed/automatic. IT'S JUST THE FACE (and there was one capacitor that I cut off, but I don't think it would have made a difference)!!!!!!! If you can find a tach no matter which 3rd Gen it comes out of then just switch the face (which you would do if you did the fix anyway) and you have a working tach!!!!!!
Thanks go out to Bryan @RotorSportsRacing for selling me his old tach out of the 20B and Zac @RotorSportsRacing for hooking me up with the sell.
