I think if you get like a gasket set, it includes some other gasket + 2 manifold gasket for $105. This was back in 2006 when I did this but research it and ask Roy at Malloy.

Aaron,

Call Ray at Malloy Mazda 888.833.3400. He is an RX-7 owner that gives great prices to RX-7 club members. He ships two-day air via FEDEX for $10 also. He is located in Virginia, so he is gone for the day...

Good luck.

They are expensive. Pineapple also sells those gaskets made of different materials at a slightly cheaper price. I never tried them but some people run them.

I am running a REMFLEX... have been for a while. At 1 BAR (390RWHP)... no problems. I just pulled my engine for a re-fresh and the gasket held up great after looking at it.

I called Mazdatrix and the guy quoted me 115 each.... Needless to say I decided to hang up in a hurry haha. Called ray....the best he could do was 100 bucks a pop...meaning 200 for two of the stock gaskets. I ended up ordering two from Pineapple Racing for $70 out the door. They're graphite....and he said he'd put a rush on the shipping...

Ryan.....whats your setup? I'm at 463... and changing my entire exhaust to a custom set-up from a megan racing header, rx7store dp, Ichiba Mid and Espelir exhaust...all 3 in. My New set-up will be fully custom fabbed but i'll have a 3 1/2 in bullett as a resonator where my mid pipe would be and a magnaflow 3in inlet w/dual 2 1/2 in outlets. Trying to keep the noise down without sacrificing too much power... My fabricator swears his header will spool 500-800rpm faster than the megan racing header.... we'll see though haha.

I got both exhaust manifold gaskets, engine and turbo, from remflex for under $50 shipped. I got them on the suggestion of another member to help with an issue of warped flanges. I haven't been running them long but until I get the flanges fixed they are perfect.

Thats sweet man.... how do you like that 35r? i've only heard good things about them. I'm running a gt40r...when it comes on it's on but as of the old header i'm spoolin around 4300...which is something i'd definitely like to bring down....

It's fun on the street, but I wish it had more in the upper rpm range. I'm thinking about building a new manifold and going to a bigger turbo to make more hp and unchoke the exhaust.
