Exhaust Recommendation Please!

Greetings...

I'm looking for an aftermarket exhaust that looks like the stocker (i.e. two tips straight back) but which flows better and has a throatier sound. Ideally it's louder at WOT and does not drone at crusing speeds. Suggestions appreciated! I'm going for 'Stage one' mods at best.

I searched the archives but just typing in 'exhaust' seems to bring up every single post ever made. Thanks for the advice and for saving me a lot of time =)

only one to fit your dual tip needs .. Racing Beat. Now IMO for nice sound, quality, performance, style (if you accept single tip) and weight .. hands down the Greddy Ti

Apex'i GT Spec exhaust is the nicest sounding IMO but the Greddy TI is much lighter. All preference I guess.

RB dual-tip for close to stock look, good flow, and nice sound.

Common now yes it's ideal read the FAQ's and use the search button.

Apexi N1 Dual I like better than Racing beat.

If you add an air intake kit you sould go with a stand alone.

Downpipe is a must in any condition good luck,

What I did was had the muffler shop weld the stock tips to the 3" single exhaust. So you get the best of both worlds...been working just fine.

I have the Apex N1 dual, looks great, and sounds even better. I has bigger dual tips, but not too big to draw the interest of the cops, and has awsome deep sound. Here are some pictures of what it looks like installed on my FD.

RB or Apex N1, they both sound nice IMO, the Apex being louder tho. But yes, Greddy Ti's are the sex

I really love single tip exhausts and i was sooo close in getting the greddy TI but i know the hassle it is in having it with cops and all. So i bought the PFS catback since its "stock" looking yet has an agressive tone and gives power.

wReX, the soundclip site is an excellent contribution. However, the RB clips don't work for me.

But yeah, this is def useful for people who want an exhaust, someone should sticky your link because that would eliminate any future threads about exhausts.
