Exaust leak problem

Hey guys,
I recently purchased a 1992 RX-7 and have found that I have an exaust leak somewhere. Its a RHD so im having troubles finding a place that will even look at it for me! Does anyone have an idea for how much it would cost me to get it fixed or does anyone know a good place to go in Victora BC or even Vancouver if I have to take it over there.

Its causing a horrid idle and im running threw fuel faster than I should be.

Thanks for your help guys. Sorry if theres any typos. Doing this on my phone.

Have you tried tracking down the leak? Where does it sound like it's coming from?

Surprisingly I was passing by the local Mazda dealership and decided I would ask if they would take a look. Turns out its the CatConverter, there assuming the previous owner bottomed the car out.

$3605.00 for a new one from Mazda haha, time to do some shopping with the money I dont have.

that's a retarded price. If you can't find one quickly you should give Adam a call at rotaryengines.ca. He's in Calgary but I'm sure he can set you up with something.

The main cat should be the same. Just buy a good used one or like mentioned above get a high flow cat.

The other problem you'll run into (hopefully not in your case) is the paper LIM gaskets on older model FD's. If you have one of those it's a pain to replace, especially if you're looking at trying to get the original 1992 installed bolts out with the engine in, DP/turbos/LIM
