everyone have enough leg room?

i'm too tall for rx7 and I have a big problem with legrooms, my legs are wayy too long to drive like a normal person, I have to step on the brake from the side, because if i stretches out my legs it would get stuck under steering wheel, and there is no possible way i can heel/toe.

any solutions or suggestions? i ordereed a 280mm momo team steeringwheel with spacer, but it's been 3 month and i'm still waiting !!!!!!!!!!

How tall are you? I'm 6'5" and I fit fine w/ my legs. Than again... what I consider fine might not be what you consider fine (considering I drove around a 1st gen for several years).

Small price for me to pay to have my dream car! (the only other car I dream of is a Viper... heheeh)

I think Fobio (Alpine) is 6'0".

Randy, you really shouldn't have that big of a problem ... try sliding the seat back, man! It's not gonna be leg-roomy like your Ford Aerostar.

I am 6'4" and dont have too much of a problem driving. I have the seat pushed all the way back and then leaned down as far as it will go. Fits just fine.... long trips my back starts to hurt though... probably cuz I am not sitting up as straight as I should. If I tried my head would be hitting the roof.

I know a guy who bought a Sparco Pro2000 seat which gave him a little more head room.. I don't know about leg room.

I'm dealing with the same issue myself. I can manage to do a heal-toe, but it takes some effort. Let us know how the Momo steering works out when you get it.

Interesting fact (or maybe it's an experience): I've driven a LOT of cars in my life and I can say that the only car I've driven with less room than the FD is an MG midget. Also, out of all the cars I've owned, my FD is the biggest (on the outside). oh well, that's the price you pay for .98g on the skidpad from the factory.
