engine wiring harness install question

I'm looking for a home for a connector that dosen't have a place to go on my harness. its 2 wires, its blue, Its in the same branch as the two solenoids that bolt to the front of the Upper intake manifold where it begins to curve down to meet the lower intake manifold. The car is a 93, and I THINK this connector is only used for california spec egr connector and SHOULD be unconnected, but I'm not sure. can anyone advise me on this??
