Engine shuts off while driving
Ok, so there is some mild traffic and I turn my radio on along with my A/C since it was hot. Few minutes later my engine just shuts off. I didn't stall with the clutch but the engine just shuts off. I assumed it was my battery problem since the reading came to 12.5 which is the limit. Normally its 13.2 to 13.8 but once I turn the A/C on and radio at the same time the power drains slowly below 13s. When I turn them off the battery starts to charge above 13s. Could this be a bad alternator or a battery issue? or something else?

Were you "in gear" when this happened? This happens to me when my A/C and/or lights are on. It will idle fine with no problems when the clutch is pushed in, but as soon as the shifter is slid into any gear, the car will want to stall.
I've heard a few different possibilites for this (clutch switch, or ECU, can't recall exactly). So it might not be your battery.

I have a similar problem but I can't say that it involves battery or alternator. My car just starts running rough and dies when at idle or low RPM. While driving it works fine, low knock, and good boost. I'll add voltage to my checklist though while I trouble shoot. could be a grounding problem double check or put more ground cables in. also check positive side of battery to see if your getting a good connections. btw, what kind of battery do you have? also, what kinda of idle are you seeing?
other things to check or do is to try to hot wire your fuel pump, it could be the wiring there. what do your sparkplugs look like and your wires there? are they in good shape?
