Question engine revving down VERY slowly?

I noticed my engine revs down VERY slowly, like dangerously slow... this is after I removed the AWS and double throttle. Any of you guys who have removed this stuff have the same issue?

IT is almost to the point where letting off teh gas does not slow down the car very much, and if i rev in nuetral, it takes a long time for it to get back down to idle level, 3-4 seconds , where before it would just jump back down right away, like normal.

Anyone else see this?

that is a new one, check the cruse control cable, pull the elbo off and work the throttle and watch the action back off the damper thing on the linkage, spray carb cleaner in the throttle body to clean out behind the plates. look for a leaking hose. If you can find that rattle you can fix this in the dark .

by the way, i also noticed that if i keep the rev to under 3-3.5 rpm it will drop normaly, but if i go over 3.5rpm, (like rev it to 5)..then it sits up there and then goes really slow to 3, then drop at its normal speed?

i am wondering if it is some deceleration solenoid type thing?
