Engine pointing wrong way?

My engine is off just like the ones pictured. But I believe this is a problem.
Reasons:
1- when installing my B&M short throw shifter I had to pry the transmission over to the driver side in order to install the two right side bolts because the shifter wasnt centered. Shifter was sitting closer to the e-brake.

LOL Do you remember what page and section that was in?
Hopefully I am just plain dumb and all that is needed is a simple driveline adjustment, and not something serious like needing a new subframe.
Dont get me wrong, I dont mind getting another subframe...just hate to buy one and then find out that wasnt the problem.

I will try this procedure soon, once I get a new oil pan (old one got dented). Also I was reading one of your old post that was linked to RatedR1 and I think this will actually fix my problem. From reading the thread it sounds like the engine cradle/subframe has a little bit of play in it as well. Maybe this will fix the intercooler pipe & downpipe fitment problems I was having.
Mahjik can you confirm if the subframe has a little bit of play/adjusment once it has been loosened? I basically would like the to maybe "turn" the engine 3/4 inch.

Dont think I am doing all of this work just to adjust the engine oreintation. I am also installing a new oil pan, oil pan brace, noltec motor mounts, and new steering rack bushings. So while everything is apart I might as well make the adjustments needed to straighten out the driveline
