That's quite nice.
For future reference of others, I stumbled across some nice connectors on this site:

Update: WI
the first pic is my "jumper" box, with all the eliminated relay's in the box, I've redistributed power, and sent Haltech output signals thru the firewall cleanly.
The second pic is a neat and handy use for the cargo cover...shows my additional harness coming out of the jumper box...controls the airpump relay, the air pump resistor, the air pump, and the water injection solenoid.
The next pic is the WI solenoid mounting location...anyone recognize that bracket?

more pics
these are just the completed install pics...
you can see the nozzle in the cold IC pipe...
during shifts the BOV actually mists the IC.
picture is dark, but you can see my flux capacitor
Initial testing - The system dropped intake temps ~25-30F. These were just test runs and just guesses when to activate the system. I did notice a boost increase (creep) with the system on.
Still in need of a cold air box to cover the intake itself.

HA!! Thanks PHIL!
Definitely trying to make the Dragon Run in April. Just need to plumb the WG in...I've out stayed my welcome in my hood with an open WG, haha! Then off to dyno tune. As you may have been able to tell, I've haven't been in a rush to strap her down to the dyno, agian.

Been a While: UPDATE
This is the first time I've been pleased with the performance of my car in a while so I figured I post a couple pics of the last couple mods in my effort to pass emissons with just a drive up test.
ps. after looking at these pictures, I painted my coolant overflow tank and windshield wiper reservoir black...so use your imagination

Sweet! Too bad I'll be working evening shifts all weekend long. I'd love to catch you out on a long stretch of highway just to see how even we are.
I think you could probably take me though...

Entire Car Harness Project
This is (only) the new beginning...
As you can see I stripped the relay and fuse blocks from the stock harness, epoxy'd them together to create MISSION CONTROL, and rewired them to the engineering drawing above...
Here is HOUSTON...this is a painless kit. Of course I made it not painless and rewired how this thing gets power and distributes it.
and single (signal) harness runs to the rear of the car down the passenger side...
and other (power) harness down the drivers side.
Motec M4 is the ECU, and here is the harness
and here are a couple mock up shots of more to come...

^LOL, cardboard is the easiest mock up...you should see the IC!
yep they talk
AiM, E-01, and VGA Touch screen
just an intense picture...and to think I know what every wire does

This car should be able to handle whatever we can throw at it (except an endurance race, LOL)!! With show quality, reliability, and maintainability. I’ve wired the car in a manner where I can remove all the wires without cutting anything, and install the entire electrical system in under 30 minutes…remove headlights and drivers side wheel, then install and clamp. Everything is plug and play…as in you cannot mix up ANY connectors. There is no physical key for the car.
oh, and the DMM...yes that is the cheap one for continuity checks (never paid attention to the brand), only one I have with a ring tone.

***video***
Here is a short (sideways) video of the headlight assembly in action. Hazards, turn signal, flash to pass sleepy eye...
I don't know how this pivot controller works on stock cars, but I've wired so we basically have three positions, down, up, and 20%. When I was using a switch similar to the stock one, I could only get 20% (sleepy) or up, then have to dial down to 0% to get it closed...can someone chime in if they have this on a stock car.

Sorry I am a little confused, is this the same silver fd in the begining or is this a new one? do you have progress pictures from the body work? Do you have pictures of the entire body painted?

No, these are two different cars, but same electron manipulation going on.

I'll see about getting some body progress pics...

The entire body of the FD is aluminum right? Does it effect anything in the engine bay now that you smoothed out the rain guard off the firewall? I mean to you forsee any problems in the future? Is this for show?
