Electrical issues after removing dash

I removed my steering wheel, gauge cluster, dash, heater core, and A/C evaporator then put everything back except the A/C evaporator.

Now the tachometer, odometer, power window switches, and radio are not working. Headlights and fan controls do work.

The only connector I can find that doesn't seem to be hooked up is a green one on the driver side that seems to be attached to the dash but I cannot find where it plugs in. I attached a picture.

Does anyone have any ideas to try? Any idea where this connector might plug in?
