Not even close. You may want to just read for awhile before offering "guess's"

There should be a hose located close by the TB that is the same size as the tube. if it's plugged you'll either need to unplug it and hook it back up to the elbow or get a cap to block off the tube on the elbow as that's a major air leak and will lower your boost considerably. Any way it's part of the AWS system (IIRC).

Thanks CantGoStraight. Actually its a cap. But i always wondered what it was. Its also present in most of the rx7s i saw, even to the ones with a plastic one (the latter being made of plastic and part of the elbow its)

as Can'tGoStraight said, the hose from the AWS (accelerated warmup system) is plumbed into the elbow there. It automatically revs the motor to 3k rpms when you start the car in neutral in order to help it warm up quicker for your average impatient driver. It can (and should) be defeated by removing it and capping the nipple as shown in the pic, or by starting the car in gear.

Thanks GoodfellaFD3S for the information. I always wondered what it was. So being like that there shouldn't be any problem right?

Is there enough room to install a BOV there?

Nope. It's a plastic pipe anyway.
