Efini Y pipe Part nummer and info request

I'm looking for the PN of the OEM alloy bridge tube from the Y pipe to intercooler section.

It's for replacement of the plastic one.

Was the lower Y-pipe section changed/updated over the years? Is there any gain in replacing the lower and upper Y pipe as one piece or is it enough to replace the upper one for cracking insurance?

Just asking.

try here.....$249 (link below)
most have changed to the Efini part when the haye problems or just upgrade their system....I've been told that it flows better than stock.
I would change both to get the plastic out.....IMHO.

Ok I get the point.

Theorie, do you happen to know the PN's of both parts.

Are you by any chance Tom? If so, I had you on MSn for quite some time untill you sold the grey FD

While a major advantage to the Efini kit is the elimination of the soft coupler, the design of the 'Y' pipe itself is slightly different to allow better flow. You can see the difference in the 3rd pic posted by Theorie, particularly around the BOV hose connection. Exactly how much improvement is debatable, but it's still an improvement.
