It looks to me that it fits exactly like the stock one only the two pieces shown bolt together instead of using a coupler. Is this correct?

I have pics of it but they're too big to post up. If you want to PM me your email i'll be happy to send ones i took during the install.

I, too, ordered mine from rx7.com and was very pleased with the transaction and speed of delivery. I had ordered it first from rx7store.net but after waiting almost two weeks for them to get it in i called rx7.com and they said they could ship me one that day. Jason over at rx7store is a great guy, but they just don't keep as many of their parts in stock and may take a while to get them.

About a month ago I was looking for pics like that on here and couldn't find a thin. I know what an effini Y pipe looks like now LOL.

Nope, but for reference the other nuts holding the y-pipe to the compressor outlets should be torqued to 70-95 in-lb.

I just 'eyeballed' it and haven't had any problems.
