Efini touring stock with front strut bar?

Could anyone ID the front strut bar that's on my FD? I bought it from another guy and to my knowledge only R1's came stock with one.

I think they just adonized the sides. Shouldn't they be blue?or did they come in different colors?

They had a few different colors depending on the mounting style (oval or D-shape).
