Effects of driving without a t-stat sensor (snapped)

Getting the car ready to fire up soon after replacing vacuum hoses and fixing fuel related stuff.

Unfortunately, one of the t-stat sensors snapped a wire right at the connector. It was the black one on the bottom. Here is a pic of it for reference:

What kind of effects would it have if driving without one and are there any temporary fixes until I find the replacement?

Thanks in advance

That's the fan thermoswitch, without that your fans won't kick into high speed.

^Thanks for that, I didn't even think about checking on the FC harness I have kicking around. It pays sometimes to hoard on car parts

They seems to break very easily, I have 2 sets of harness and both are broken, I just de-pin the connector and re-solder a new wire to it.

Fan switch. With that disconnected the fans should constantly be on and won't change speeds. I do not recommend driving the car with that broke,
