I am going to send my Power FC off to XS tomorrow. I was going to use a friend's stock ecu while mine is gone. I have a single turbo, upgraded injectors, & fuel pump and rest of normal upgraded things when going single. Will this be safe?? Obviousely I will be driving the car like a grandma with this ecu in. Just wanted to make sure before I do something that I will look back on and think was stupid.

I'm no expert on single turbo conversions, but I'd think that you probably have enough done to the car to freak out the stock ECU (as in error codes and maybe even limp home mode). I don't think it'd hurt to try it though, just don't get into the boost at all.

 

turn it down to 7 PSI, and dont take it above 3K, and you will be fine.
