ECU question

What do you guys think of this deal. My friend has an EFI PMS system with the program and handeld programmer. Gonna sell it to me for $350. Is this a good ECU to get? I know the Power FC is the best, but for 350 for everything??

think i am gonna get it, for 350 i dont think i can beat it vs paying 1000 for the power FC
