ecu pin size/ wire size

I'm trying to find the right size so I can get the proper pin removal tool for the ecu or wiring harness. I know fry's has it. if anyone knows any other places it would also help.

I just use a jewlers screwdriver to release the locking cantilever on the plugs (the sockets - on the wire harness). The pins on the ecu are molded into the nylon body. When I got my Power FC I cut the inside part of the pin (that goes right angle into the PC board) and inserted heatshrink over it - on the pins that had to be cut re instructions. I don't like cutting wiring harness'.

The wire is mostly #18 gauge. The sockets are square cross section, and I haven't seen a removal tool, but the screwdriver technique works very well. If the wire has broken or been pulled out of the socket, I push the socket with a pin while releasing the cantilever lock with the screwdriver.
