Why did you disconnect it? At this point I'm not totally sure what you're asking. IMO a 4-LED AFR gauge, where the leanest indicator goes up to 0.9V, is completely useless. You could be running ANY of those indicators and not be dangerously lean. It tells you absolutely nothing except, if its red, you might lean. At any rate, since at the top you said it was green, you're fine. Put the idle air controller thing back, it sounds like you've got no problems at all.

I think as long as he's in the range above .90, he's safe. If your in the lighted zone corresponding with .9 or lower, then yeah, this A/F isn't worth watching and you might be to lean.

As far as the idle air control, what was it doing before you unplugged it? link to the other thread if you don't want to re type it.
