ECU, my stocker safe with a super loaded one?
im wondering if its safe to drive my relatively stock 93 automatic (look at sig) with an ecu that is meant for a DP, MP, intake, etc.
can a 93 use an ecu from a 94 or a 95?
also, whats the exact difference from the cali and the non cali. is it a "non-cali" basically just cause its made for a DP and MP and such?
so im looking for a stock automatic ECU. maybe one reprogramed for intake and catback. PM me if you can hook me up

I can say this though, if it runs rich, you will have MASSIVE carbon build up on your rotors, not so much the combustion surfaces, but the sides....unfortunately, i have seen this.
It does wonders for compression numbers.

Anyway, other than running rich, you shouldn't have any problemswith that ECU. The egr issue with the 95's is the only problem I could see with using a different ECU.

A 93 shouldn't have a problem using an ecu from a 94 or 95 although 95's don't have egr's.
