has anyone ever considered ot tryed using dual intercoolers?? Maybe its a stupid idea but im really bored and was just thinking, i think i smell smoke...

You are looking for total intercooler surface area (generally speaking), as long as you can fit one big one, there is no sense in putting in two small ones of the same area.

I played with the thought in my mind after looking at the ICs on an F40. They look like they would fit and the cores look pretty damn thick. Thats about as far as my thinking got.
