Drove in CRAZY rain, sat for 2 weeks, now low idle

Hey, quick question. 2 weeks ago i was stuck in TORRENTIAL downpours for like 2 hours on the way home, car seemed to be fine, hit boost fine, then i parked it for 2 weeks. I went to start it today, and it didnt wanna start at first, battery was strong, so i gave it a little gas and it started but idled really low, then died and did it 2 more time, now it idles like at 5-700 rpm but revs fine, but when i go to start it again, it idles REALLY low at first then gradually goes up to around 5-700. Plugs are black on the tip, but no deposits, compression is 95+ in both rotors. Any ideas?

im not really sure what the problem is.

in a way it sounds like a vac problem but on the other end it makes me think its ignition/fuel related.

im leaning twards starter or tps. but i honestly dont have a strait answer. do you have a PFC?

check for air restrictions. Kind of sounds like the air flow is being choked.

do you have a pod filter or an airbox? check the filter and make sure it hasn't gotten filthy from being wet and road grime being sucked up into the folds

have a fighters garage intake. Ill check it out, maybe its a mess, but it seems unlikely cause i drive the car like 3000miles a year i definatly feel like the rain had something to do with this, because i NEVER drive it in the rain, and this was some of the worst rain ive ever seen, or maybe its just a coincidence
