go in thru the passenger side. pull the cover off of the back of the door handle. There will be 2 10mm bolts. Unbolt them. Go back outside and remove the door handle. One of them you push down and the door "should" open. The other is to unlock the door.
I had the same thing happen to me...the lever that pushed down to open the door got bent for some reason. I had to re-adjust it and get a new door handle to fix it back the way it was.

It doesn't sound like the door is broke, most likely the lock/door lever mechanisms, or the metal line that connects to the door opener fell off. What you need to do is take off the lock/opener bolts off from the inside, and then pull out the lock/opener from the outside. When you remove the lock/opener there will be to metal lines attached to it, see if you can open it with the metal lines attached to the lock from the outside. If not then open the panel from the inside, and then start checking to see if the metal lines fell off, and reconnect them.

Hey All. I have to post in this thread because I'm having issues starting a new one..........
Brief History of my problem: Central locking actuator snapped my drivers side lock cable. I purchased a used lock mechanism with cables attached, for some reason they were too short. I put door back together without the lock cable, making sure it would lock/unlock from the outside with a key before I put the door trim back on.
Everything seemed to be fine. Fast forward an hour...
NOW the door is locked, closed and will not open! I have removed the exterior handle, played with the rods to no avail. It feels like something is jammed in the lock mechanism.
I've searched and found a few threads with advice on how to deal with this but unfortunately nobody closed out their thread with their solution. I don't want to hack apart my interior panel to get into the lock mechanism.
The advice I've been given is to remove the rear quarter trim. Then remove the one door trim screw near the lock and prise the trim away from the door so I can get my hand in and see what I can do. But if anybody with this problem seems this thread, I would really appreciate knowing how you actually went about opening the door!! ANY info would be great, cheers!
