draining the radiator

Angry draining the radiator
im trying to drain my fluidyne, and the petcock on it is fucked up... and the nut on the bottom is freaking stripped. any ideas? when i spin the petcock, it moves freely.

drill it out

weld on a new nut and just use a bolt....i hope you know how to tig alum.

Just remove the assembly, go to the parts store and buy a new one. I know Advanced Auto has them. The Fluidyne petcock is only good for 1-2 openings before it has to be replaced.

ahh!! lol the nut is rounded going into the rad... im gonna go try and use some vice grips... any other ideas?

either that, or go to the help section at autobone and just buy a new drain screw.
