Hey I sent my car to my very trustworthy mechanic which does work on rx7's only and has a 20b single turbo. I was getting new belts, fuel filter and since it was there I told him to throw on a pettit SS DP for me. NO PROB he said. When I gave him the car it was running perfect boost and maybe a creep of 1 psi on cold nights. Now he calls me a few days ago and asks me if I gave it to him with a boost problem. I said no and he believes me and said that it was boosting low but didnt say what boost I was running though. He said he would check it out that day and before I would pick it up. Iam thinking its just a loose hose maybe that came loose when he did the belts or something. Any ideas on what it might be. I think he usually over see's the obviouse because he couldnt find my boost leak(only had it for 1 day) but I did and fixed it. It was just a blown intercooling pipe. Any ideas what it could be since it happened when he put on the DP. I was looking for a more powerful car with this mod not a drop in boost!!!!..lol

How low is the boost? That will determine if you have a hole in one the IC couplings or one of the hoses fell off one of the solenoids.
