downpipes

Who makes the best "fitting" for the FD. I read that some of the downpipes, HKS and others fit right handed vehicles only or require a lot of fab.
What type of downpipe is best. "powder coated, ceramic coated, stainless steel.
I need to know what downpipe to purchase that will work the best for the mnoney..

In other words..What downpipe will give me the "BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK?"

Any info will be greatly appreciated.!!!

A powdercoated downpipe? Only BATMAN would have something like that. He powdercoats everything.

And what's best? Do a search, mang!

M2 downpipe has the best fitting for stock turbos. (that is if you can actually get ahold of M2)

Mine bolted right up with no fab. needed. even when I later on added a midpipe from ebay it fitted right on.

on a different note by the time some of you type "do a search" instead of helping a fellow rotary owner you could have put you opinion or given a reference instead of search search search...i am sure he know how to do that already!

I've answered a number of these posts asking about downpipes several times already and if he took the initiative to search, he probably would have found one of mine and an answer.

Pettit also fits fine. Its also stainless. I would ceramic coat and heat tape if I were you I didn't, and will be taking mine off to do that, at the same time I get another bung welded on for the EGT.

I have an ATR that fits well--but I wish I had coated it or at least wraped it....
