double synchro, does that exist?

a guy told me that he was told by a speed shop that he could make a double synchro conversion on his car, which would let him do powershift.

I told him it doesn't exist but he kept asking me to ask it here.

so there it is, is there something that is sold (maybe not for RX-7 but any other car) that can help a transmission to do powershift? Some sort a semi-sequential transmission.

thanks a lot

If there is, it'd be news to me. Never heard of it.

I have heard of guys with drag cars tho, cuting off most of the teeth except for a few in intervals. It helps in powershifting and provides a more instant grip but from what I hear shortens the life of the synchro.

Yep, just go with a dog-mission. Hewland's are the bomb but if you don't have the money I'd go with a jericho.
