I am being serious now, I have a Vintage Red 93 R1 and my door sounds like a tin can too upon shutting it close. My car has no sun roof, so the pressure escapes somehow through the cat back and it sounds like a Fart.
When I got under the to see if there was any connection to this mistery, I found that the car had printed all over the bottom COCA COLA!!!!
Those Mother ******* Japanese are making cars with recycle cans from New Jersey!!!!!! Can you believe that???
I guess I will have to learn to live with the tin can sound now.
