These were the only changes made:

1. seafoam 8oz.
2. four new 9s plugs.

Nothing else were made to the car. Same road, same condition as traveled hundreds of times before. Note that I have a new Supra pump, new fuel filter, new 4x850s injectors, new FPR.

So:

a. the seafoam dislodged a piece of carbon
b. the seafoam injected into the combustion chamber caused an out of control flame front

either a or b or both a and b will cause the engine damage.

I heard a pop at full throttle so my guess is (b).
