Don't know where this goes?

I can't figure out where this pipe connects to a vacuum hose. I've plumbed up about all that I can to this point and I CAN'T Figure this one out.
Its the one with the yellow circle around it.
About the one with the light red circle around it in the second picture... is this suppose to stay like this? I checked the vacuum diagram and I could not find it.

The yellow circle does not get a hose and the red circle.. I have it sitting in a clip pointing in the other direction.

Not sure sure from the picture, but I think that line is only for automatics and left open on 5 spds.
