I would also replace the o-rings on the injectors and have them cleaned and blueprinted by RC Engineering.

It might be a good time to have the UIM polished too.

Change the sparks and wires.

get 2 industrial size rolls of electrical tape to re-insulate your engine harness, crimpers, butt connectors and cup to place a nickel in everytime you cuss so that when you are done you can upgrade your intercooler!

I already asked this question before (and I'm sure we're not the only ones). Here's the thread I started:

Fule Pulsation Dampner is right beside your primary injector housing...it's kinda prone to leaking and should be replaced if you have the solenoid rack out...I believe it's $99 from mazdaperformance.com also you can remove your double throttle while you have the UIM off...if you are planning to polish anything...save yourself some time and send all your stuff out to TTT or FDracer (forum members) for the price it's well worth it...

I too just got done with the hose job and had mine polished...here are some photos

If you were ever curious about it.... nows the time to go non-seq
I've done it, and like it just as much as seq (for different reasons of course)

Actually the coolant lines run to the Throttle Body...they arent needed unless you live where it's super cold all the time...However, if you remove them there is a sensor somewhere in the TB that waits for the TB to warmup and for some reason others have said it causes some funky idle until your car warms up...I decide to leave it in place becasuse there is no performance gains to doing this...all it does is take the throttle body out of the coolant loop...whooopeee!

Yea I knew it was on the thottle body. And your right there is the AWS or accelerated warm up system. which if the line was unhooked would either cause idle to be fast or rich.I'm not sure which one. I'm sure it could be fooled with a resistor, If someone wanted to bad enough. Reason would be to keep the water from preheating the air in the TB with 200 plus degree water.

Ryker, I just checked and there's some good write ups at www.robrobinette.com or www.scudericciriani.com sorry I dont know how to post them correctly. Also you don't need to use a resistor, might take the fun out of it . They say the performance gains are negligable which I can believe since the underhood temps on our cars is so high.

yup they sure did...
So where exactly is scohomish, Wa?

Has anyone seen the Air temp sensor and can they discribe it to me? I ordered one... it says Water temp sensor.... but it dosent have the wire coming from it? It resembles the male side of a spark plug then tapers off to something that a vac hose may attach to?
