Not saying I don't like the M2 (Raceshop) box...which I DO. The fitment is actually better than my previous box. I just like deep clear on Chuck's new box ...

Oh well.

I was actually just hunting around for vented hoods and was looking at the odula's when I went to Chuck's site to see if he was a vendor.

Anyways, enjoy the pic

I've been meaning to ask Chuck if he was going to make one of these, BUT it doesn't say it works with his V mount set up. Also, I'd need one with out the extra hose connections...

It seems to be the same design as the m2. I'm guessing that since m2 went out of business they have the rights to make these air boxes....

I guess M2 (or the vendor who made it for them) must've taken extra effort to make mine, because the clear looks just like that.

I thought the "Raceshop" who supplied M2 made it? Mine isn't that shiny.
Maybe he just made the aluminum backing plates?

not that it really matters under the hood.

Kento, can you see a seam in yours?

here is mine

Yeah, I faintly recall that on my box as well; don't have my car with me at the moment, so I don't know for certain. Doesn't bug me much even if it did. It works.

Hey 7racer, did you get a duct from a large IC and use a medium IC or what? I notice it covers all the pass. side endtank and some of the driver. Better than not enough coverage for sure!
sorry for thread hijack

airborne that is the standard medium duct. I know that I got the intercooler when Kevin Wyum restarted making them and he sold it with the squared off side (drivers) instead of the tapered ones that M2 modified. Maybe that's why it looks to fit better???
