Does raising boost give you more power early?

I am running non-sequentials at 13 psi. I am thinking of having my PFC tuned for 15 psi instead of 13 psi. I know I have to get bigger injectors and a FPR but would I get more power throughtout the powerband or would the extra boost come on up high?

I am not positive, but I dont think so. Because it takes more spool uptime to get more boost, So you would get the power on the top of your rpm range. Again I am not positive

It depends what you mean by "early". If you mean 1500 RPM, then not really. If "early" is 4000 RPM, then yeah, there'll be a difference.

An electronic boost controller that will keep the wastegate shut until you approach your boost setting might help speed spool-up and thus give more power down low.

Increasing the boost setting may also keep the wastegate shut a little more, which could help spool up and thus power, but I am just theorizing and don't have any test results to back it up.

Get the car on a dyno and see if it helps.

No you don't get boost faster. It still takes time to spool up...so uping the boost won't make that happen any quicker. The easiest way to spool up quicker is to downsize the turbo blades.
