The title pretty much says it all. I lost battery power last night and am concerned that I lost my fuel maps now.

 

It might, when that happened to me i lost my fuel maps and had to re-tune, it. But my battery problem was pretty bad and would loose power all the time for liek 2 weeks. So it might not do it right away, but it did do it to me.

 

First thing I did when I got my PFC was copy all the maps into Excel.

Now that I have a Datalogit, this is WAY easier since I can just plug in and "READ ALL" on it.

This question would be better asked in the Power FC forum. There's lots of folks that are in there, and I'm not sure they troll the 3rd gen forum.

 

No the Apex'i Power FC does not lose maps when you lose power.
It is stored in the unit.

How do you think both XS and Ray at SR motorsports can send you "maps" for your mods through the mail???
