Does Anyone Know Anything About this Ebay car??

This car was Listed on ebay this past week. Its a 95 base model. Its from Long Island new york. Im thinking about buying it. From the pics it looks like a pretty cool car. The owner seems like a cool guy too. I was just wondering if Anyone has seen this car or knows of it. Any information about the car would be useful

I can understand them not being in the for sale threads, but why not for something like this? Honest question, a guy looking to see if anyone has ever noticed this car, known problems if any, etc.

Sounds like a legitiment question to me.

this was takin strait from the faq. you do have a good point though. i was mostly just trying to make it known to him how the forum views ebay items. sometimes the mods are pretty strict when it comes to ebay...

its better to be safe then sorry. asking if anyone has seen the car would not have been a problem and would not have been very difficult. no need to mention ebay.

also, the rules are strict about ebay for a reason. people scam and sell lemons. there is very limited assurance of what your getting.

- No links or referencing to any offsite selling is allowed. This includes but not limited to Ebay, Craigslist,etc.... Threads that have these links may be deleted without notice.
- This is to help protect the members against possible scammers.
- Offsite links for photos are allowed as long as their are no parts or services offered in the link.

i would say the case is completely opposite. its much easier to get scammed on the forums. using ebay and then getting additional info here is great way to take precaution.

^that is pretty funny

i was just going off what i have seen on the forum. even though what you say is true, it doesnt change the fact that ebay is highly looked down upon. i say that in all due respect. i believe its more about the principle.

This car has been in the sale section for a while. I inquired about it, and the onwer never replied. There were also some questions there about the ligitimacy of it as the owner is in NY and I think the car was showing a FL registration but I am not sure.

Chek the forsale section, there is a whole multi-page thread on it.
