Sorry I was wrong it isn't the "recirculation" kit! There are vehicle specific kits that integrate the BOV into your intake system.... Talk to your local shop or HKS

I can't really explain turbo flutter, but it's made by the turbo when the throttle is closed... And it pretty much sounds like a stuttering BOV but not quite as loud..... If anyone else can help me out explaining this go ahead

both of these brands are very reputable in japan. you can't go wrong with either one.

its more of the aesthetics and personal preference.

you won't get hi-pitch with neither if u have the stock twins. the hi-pitch sound only comes with single turbo. i can't explain why, but its from personal experiences.

you can get them the cheapest on ebay. if you don't mind used. I got my HKS SSQ BOV kit for FD on ebay for low $200. Best if you get the ones w/ a kit for RX-7 unless ur going to weld them on IC piping.

that flutter can be ur turbo surging (spining backwards). It happens if ur spring on the BOV is adjusted too tight for the boost lvl you're running. so some of the air goes back to the turbo and some comes out of the bov. I had that problem when i first put on the bov. you just have to drive around and pop ur hood to adjust until the bov sounds crisp and smooth.

turbosurge is bad, and will wear out your bearings sooner

I'd have to disagree. it could be the gasket or the way its installed. Because my brother has a 95 supra tt running a Greddy type S bov w/out any leak or problems. he's boosting 28psi. Then again, nothing's 100%, even reputable brands have a couple faulty lemons.

then again, if ur running a large single turbo & high boost, you should use the Greddy Type R bov anyways.
