what i need to know is do i still need to use the stock air bypass valves or can i just plug/block them off?
we are running out of room and are having to relocate quite a bit of stuff.

there is only one air bypass valve which is the same as a bov and since you do have an aftermarket bov already there is no use for the stock one unless u decide to put it back on. as for the other thing that looks like the stock bov that's the charge relieve valve which works the same but has a different function <~~(does that make sense?)

right now i'm still in seq.
i will hopefully go non seq in the next month or two.
my friend said he doesn't use his on his supra, but i told him i don't have a supra, i'll ask some people who may know

i really don't think i'll have room with my current setup if i still need to run hoses up there.

then you need to keep it until you go non-seq. it vents the air between the rear turbo and the butterfly valve in your y-pipe until yuo hit the transition.

when you go full non sequential, you can totally remove the charge relief valve??? i was under the impression that you are supposed to t-connect the vacuum line and leave it connected. what would the advantages be of removing it?

Here are some facts about the stock valves:
- if you are seq, you must keep the CRV
- if you have an aftermarket BOV, you don't need the ABV
- the CRV and ABV look very similar, the CRV is more rearward, the ABV is more forward in the engine bay
- if you go seq, you can use both the ABV and CRV as BOVs by T-ing into the control line for the ABV and connecting the control line for the CRV, but if you already have an aftermarket BOV, you also have the option of removing both of the stock valves
