Are different years of dashes interchangeable ?

I have a 95 dash, and it's a little rough. My question is the 93-94 dash interchangeable? I don't care about the srs bs.

Thanks.

yes it will fit, but to go to a 93 dash you would have to make sure it comes with the glove box. honestly i like the 94-95 dash better i would try to stick to those years.

93 dash does NOT come with a passenger side air bag , 94-95 do .

There's more to the differences than just the airbag. You definitely want a '94-95 dash, trying to put in a '93 dash would require a LOT of extra parts and tomfoolery.

I have a '94 and a '93 dash available, but shipping one of these will be too much of a hassle.

To my understanding, after having removed my dash, the 2 dashes appear to be very similar aside from the glovebox area. The mounting points are identical. You will need the passenger side trim piece that goes on the tunnel area of the '93 dash, as these do not interchange. Driver side is the same.

The '93s have a ton of goofy trim all around the glove box too, you'd have to get the whole thing to make it work.

I'm surprised the dash is bad in your car - they're VERY hardy. What exactly is wrong with it? Wonder if your existing dash could be repaired.
