Well, Jet Hot will look better.
And it resists corrosion much better. But they are basically the same thing. Jet Hot is a ceremic, but has additional metals in it, like powdered silver.

just out of curiosity is there some where where you can send things to have them jet coated, or can you only buy things that are come pre-coated?
if you can what is the pricing like?

For Jet-Hot coating, you have to send them the part. I believe ther are two locations in the states that you can send the part to. Turn-around times about 5-7 days but depends on how you ship the part.

They sell some items pre-coated. It's called "Jet Hot Direct". They sell the aftermarket piece, with coating to you.
