yeah.. the thing is that i wanted to maybe go with a mild street port. and im not to fond of the idea of doing that myself.. but if the motors gotta come apart, it might as well get done anyway........
sounds like you got flamed man. but pineappleracing will do you right!
rob@pineappleracing.com he will take care of you.
You didn't mention anything about an oil leak or smoke in your first post.
It would be a lot easier to read your posts also if you actually used some kind of grammatical structure. Separating random thoughts by a few periods makes it difficult to read and then less people want to take the time to help.
So start over. Describe the car's symptoms before and after the cold WOT incident and try to make it easy to read.

man you guys kill me!
my sentiments exactly
more headaches that's what. Meaning that you are not guaranteed that the JDM motor is any good. If it's not you are out $$ for installation, seals, and whatever else is might need replacing.
Since you only have a seal problem and if you never overheated your car: everything (except seals) should be ok to re use (housings, rotors, eshaft).
IMO the best way to do a rebuild is to have one and only one shop do the work. Meaning that they do the installation, rebuild, and streetport. Just in case there is a problem there won't be any finger pointing.
I also live in San Diego and my shop of choice is RnR rotary. If you are interested send me an email and I'll tell you why.
