diagnosis please :\

Hey guys - I need a diagnosis if you guys can help on a coolant issue please.

About one month ago my coolant buzzer went off. After a few second it went back off. I checked my coolant level and found it basically empty (via the clear plastic measure).

I filled up that tank (with the plastice entrance near the light) with coolant that day and in the past few weeks my coolant buzzer has been going off again. The levels have been falling drastically and I refilled it again today (bout 1 month later) and it overflowed after only about 1.5liters.

The engine is new (5000 miles) so I don't see how I could already have oring failure. The car has been running strong and is continuing to pull hard. I'm going to take it up to a rotary shop this weekend to have it looked at and to help me install and tune the pfc im gonna get

Also, in the past month after i've turned off my car i've heard really heavy sucking noises from right by the left light (as looking at the car head on) right by the coolant refill tank. it sounds like it has been sucking something (hopefully coolant)

so what do you guys think? thanks

btw - no other problems besides running rich. it runs strong and well. i noticed a bubbling/searing sound coming from the turbos i guess after i turn the car off, but i've had that forever. when i posted about it on the forums they said it was common (coolant bubbling or somethin... )

You might want to figure out whats wrong first before slapping a pfc on your car . If your loosing that much coolant and you don't see an obvious leak, then your engine has to be drinking it. Take off the filler cap and start the car cold and see if you see any air bubbles. Another thing that you can do is pressure test your coolant system, if you loosing that much coolant the pressure test should fail...

My AST does the same thing, thus the name. You first need to have all the air purged from the system properly. Just filling the overflow will not purge the air from the engine.
