Desparate for help, rough idle and runs like crap!

Help!!! I just changed my plugs and wires and now it runs like crap! I know for a fact that the plug wires are connected to the correct plugs and all the connections are solid. when at idle it just drops to about 200 rpms and jumps back up to about 1500, back down to 200 and so on. Could this be a vaccuum leak? What else close to the throttle body could I have knocked loose? What would cause my problem?
thanks
