I think there's a double panel in that spot, IE not accessible from the inside of the car unless you make an opening or find one close by and put a bar in from the inside.

Even if you get behind it and work it back out, the panel has probably stretched, and it will come out buckled and wavy when it is pushed out.

If you use an orbital sander with a coarse pad to take the paint away, be careful as these cars have very thin sheet steel and the heat from the orbital pad could stretch it and buckle it further. You'll have to go back to bare metal to fix that area, and end up using some body filler to finish off, and then match & paint the area to some seam lines- so probably the entire door skin will have to be repainted, along with the quarter panel behind the door, blending it in on the pillar. Dont blend it in on a flat horizontal surface, as the sun will fade the blend in a few years time. Blend the new paint on a vertical surface instead, if you must

I've seen specialists remove worse dents before, so you might have some hope trying to find one locally.

Orrrrrr you could just cover it up and go widebody

Maybe go for the glue-on stud puller before resorting to the usual stud puller?

Your dent techs in the US must be a LOT better than the guys we have here. They would walk away from that one :p

Wouldn't even mess with a glue puller just stud it out sometimes like with that door it's better just to fill it unless you want to spend alot of time shrinking the metal back cause it looks streched and deep like the 1/4 panel on it I'd pull the lowest part first while pulling tap on the high spots to get it to come out been doing body work for 10+ years so if there's any advice you need just shot me a p/m I'll be glad to help or share my knowledge

Have done this twice, and yes the hairdryer not the best but if you have a heat gun works just fine provided there is no crease.
