Question Defi Link Gauges--Is anyone mixing and matching the International/US gauges?

According to the Defi website the two types of gauges are a bit different. I am looking to get boost and EGT in US measurments and Fuel Pressure in International units. I already have a triple 60mm center speaker gauge pod (thanks flyrx7) and for US measurements they only offer oil pressure (which i dont want or need) in addition to the boost and egt.

Sigh. Why do they have to make it difficult. Can anyone shed some light on the question in the sig?
